● Sales of commercial, professional and company premises: 11% VAT of the sale price (Minimum fee of 10 000 € including VAT).
● Sale of businesses, leasehold rights and company shares: 11% of the sale price, including VAT (Minimum fee of 10 000 € including VAT).
The percentage is applied to the sale price. The fees are charged to the seller except in exceptional cases (succession, search mandate). They include among others services of visits, negotiations, constitution of the sale file and expenses of communication communication and marketing costs. All amounts and percentages are inclusive of all taxes included (TTC) at the rate of 20%.
